Residents invited for a bird’s eye view of how Mid Cornwall Metro will transform transport links in Cornwall

One and all are welcome to an event at the Hotel Victoria in Newquay on
- Friday 9 February (10.00am – 7pm) and
- Saturday 10 February 2024 (10.00am – 4pm)
when residents will be able to take a virtual reality balloon ride to ‘see’ for themselves how the Mid Cornwall Metro, funded by Cornwall Council and £50m of government Levelling Up Funding, will create a sustainable transport corridor through central Cornwall.
They will also be able to explore the changes as a pedestrian or cyclist using a gamepad and visualise the new improved payment layout using an interactive media table.
